A quality driven organization, Intimate Apparels has adopted a strict quality program that is monitored by a team of experienced quality controllers. Regular testing of raw material like fabrics at manufacturers end is a common practice at our organization. Our quality controllers further do random inspections to minimize the possibility of flaws at any level of production. This and other innovative process methodologies undertaken by us assure zero defect process & end products.
- Incoming 10% inspection, followed by further checks as required
- Cutting , Moulding and Bundling - random inspection of the same
- Sewing roving inline QC and 100% inspection at the end of the line
- Traffic light system in the lines

- Finished goods checked per AQL 1.5
