Company is founded by Vijay Uttam under guidance of his father Mr. Shyamlal Uttam, who has over 2 decades of experience in intimate wear manufacturing.

Bangladesh was chosen for a new venture due to major apparel sourcing destination with favorable GSP/trade terms with developed nation including Canada, Japan and the EU.
